In addition to her professional pursuits, Becca is a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master, using these disciplines to help clients break saboteur cycles and thrive both personally and professionally. Becca's dynamic presence extends beyond the boardroom to global stages, where she inspires audiences worldwide. She is deeply committed to philanthropy, actively supporting causes close to her heart, including the Alzheimer’s Association, Believe Ranch, and Feeding America.
Becca is also an avid concert junkie having attended over 200 concerts. She is Stevie Nicks megafan and has seen the combination of Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac at least 8 times. In February of 2024, Becca finally got share her love of Stevie Nicks with her daughter. This admiration for classic rock was passed down from Becca's parents as they were full-time musicians when Becca was born.
Becca is married to a firefighter and is a mom to 4 adult children - 2 hers, 2 his. They reside with their 2 frenchies and pittie mix in sunny South Florida.

Lynae brings with her lots of experience with 20+ career in various industries from telecommunications to healthcare administration. Whether it's leading people, projects, or events, Lynae, is sure to make things fabulous and fun.
She is the mom to 3 young adult children - two twin boys and a beautiful young lady. She has a love for animals. Lynae and her significant other are fur parents to three dogs, two goats, and several chickens. If she could, she would have a whole farm. Lynae also loves everything sparkly so feel free to throw sparkles her way.
Lynae is one of the lead trainers at Powers Peak Potential. Her favorite message within the work we do is The Power of AND for when she truly embraced being a mom and career badass her WorkLife expanded ten times in the most beautiful and unexpected ways.
